Referring to your Confidential Despatch of the 26th. July, regarding the dealings of Messrs. Reuter Brockelmann and Company, I have the honour to state that the Superintendent of Imports and Exports reports that nothing has been heard of the firm of A. Richter for some time past.

It is of course possible that both firms may have fences acting for them who have not so far been discovered.
